Bring 30|90 Into the Room.
The built environment is changing, and the challenges facing the people shaping it are changing with it. From market positioning and business development to workforce, housing, community engagement, and organizational growth, the questions are rarely obvious.
30|90 brings a perspective from within, working alongside the people navigating those challenges. We speak to the gaps between great work and how it is understood, between expertise and influence, and between what an organization does and how it is experienced by the people it needs to reach.
Our conversations are grounded in the realities of AEC, real estate, affordable housing, and community development, with a focus on the questions leaders are already asking and the ones they should be asking next.
Grounded Conversations in Real-World Experience
AEC and affordable housing organizations know their work. The hard part is often getting everyone moving in the same direction, making the value of that work digestible, and keeping pace with what is changing around them.
We understand the day-to-day pressures behind the big conversations: winning work in crowded markets, building relationships before an RFP, finding and keeping good people, communicating with different audiences, and making sure mission and vision align, so an organization's goals and objectives can be executed effectively.
We also see where organizations get stuck: leadership is not aligned, the message no longer fits the organization, important expertise stays internal, or good ideas never make it into practice.
With 20+ years of experience represented on our team, our perspective comes from working through these issues with the industries we serve. That shapes what we talk about, the questions we ask, and the conversations we bring to the room.
The right format for the right room.
Not every audience needs a keynote. Some need a working session, a facilitated conversation, or a strategic planning workshop. 30|90 tailors each engagement to your organization’s goals, audience, and desired outcomes.
