RACHEL LEDET
Founder, Director of Strategic Marketing
Rachel is a Marketing Strategist and Business Developer with a specialization in Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Business Development, and technical writing. Her 16+ year career includes marketing and business development experience in professional services, product management, retail, technical services, small businesses, and nonprofits. She has led the founding and development of several nonprofits and has served on board and volunteer positions in event management, branding, logistics and operations. Rachel is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10k small businesses program. Rachel is a big picture thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to growing businesses and reaching clients! Strategy drives action. Action leads accountability. Accountability produces results. Rachel is very involved in the economic development community in the Greater New Orleans region and is passionate about community development, entrepreneurship and small business opportunity. She is a photographer, a writer, a dance teacher, and a lover of all things New Orleans. She enjoys traveling, boating, parading and festival-ing with her husband and 4 kids. Rachel is also a blog contributor on New Orleans Mom. OLIVIA MATTHEWS
Marketing Director
Olivia is a seasoned Marketing Director with a decade of experience working in the architecture, construction, and real estate development industries. She brings a multi-faceted background ranging from branding and strategic planning to client relations, business development, graphic design, marketing strategy, project management, and PR and communications. Olivia is known for her enthusiasm, collaborative spirit, and innovative approach to driving growth and creating impact for her clients. Her expertise in long-term strategic planning is balanced with her devotion to the intricacies of each project; understanding the nuances that make each endeavor unique and translating that insight into effective and compelling marketing strategies is her passion. Olivia currently serves as the President of the SMPS Southeast Louisiana Chapter, leading initiatives to promote professional growth and collaboration within the AEC industry. Additionally, she is a LEED Green Associate, member of USGBC Louisiana, and member of Urban Land Institute. A New Yorker at heart, Olivia currently resides in Uptown New Orleans with her husband and black lab, Luna. She enjoys playing tennis at City Park, singing and playing the piano, traveling, and cooking.
MELISSA WILLIAMS
Marketing Manager
Melissa is a creative Marketing Manager with over 15 years experience in graphic design and corporate live events. Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. Throughout her career she has designed brand imagery, graphic elements, and supporting marketing pieces for many clients spanning multiple industries. Some areas of specialty include event marketing, package design, branded informational booklets, and logo design. Melissa is excited to take on any project with an energetic approach. Her attention to detail, and deadline-driven work ethic are great qualities to help clients reach their goals and attain success. Melissa and her husband John, have three daughters who keep them busy. When Melissa isn’t driving her girls to dance class or competitions, she enjoys slowing down to spend time with family and friends.
AMBER MURPHY
Marketing Coordinator
Amber is a passionate marketing coordinator who strives to grow businesses using today's latest trends and techniques. Amber graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor's in Marketing and a minor in dance. Amber enjoys researching and finding new ways to grow her client's businesses. She is hard-working, innovative and persistent. She enjoys learning new techniques and platforms that help improve her work. Social Media is her favorite aspect of digital marketing. When she isn't busy marketing and helping to grow businesses (and teaching dance classes), she enjoys going to local events and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Dot and Lily. She is so excited to be a part of the team!
KATIE QUEYROUZE
Marketing Assistant
Katie is our newest team member with a background in event management. She is a senior at Southeastern University pursing her bachelor's in Marketing. Katie handles administrative duties for the 30|90 Marketing team and helps out any way she can. In her free time, Katie enjoys vacationing, cooking for her friends and family and taking care of her one year old lab, Lucy.
