Housing Advocacy Communications That Move Decision-Makers
Before 30|90, LAAHP's only touchpoint with members and stakeholders was the annual conference. We built the communications infrastructure to change that.
 
LinkedIn campaign with three content pillars:
1) Workforce housing data aimed at legislators and local officials
2) A six-month board member video series featuring LAAHP leaders speaking to membership value, committee wins, and advocacy victories
3) Resident success stories that put a human face on affordable housing policy
 
Stakeholder List & Engagement
Alongside the content campaign, we built a comprehensive stakeholder contact list from the ground up: state representatives, senators, parish presidents, city clerks, chamber leaders, and affordable housing developers statewide.

Newsletter
We launched a redesigned email newsletter distributed to both the membership and stakeholders, driving membership growth, industry education, and year-round visibility with decision-makers.
 

Result
The result was an always-on communications program that replaced a once-a-year model, and that LAAHP can sustain long after the initial engagement.
