30|90 Marketing collaborated with T. Baker Smith, a regional engineering, environmental, and surveying firm, to create a comprehensive culture book guided by CEO Kenny Smith. Rooted in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework, this project transformed the leadership team’s vision into a stylized, practical guide that captures how the company operates both functionally and culturally. Designed as both an onboarding resource and a handbook for daily operations, the book weaves T. Baker Smith’s core values—Heart. Knowledge. Grit.—throughout its pages. The result is a professional, highly branded piece that reflects the firm’s identity: updated and polished, yet authentically grounded with the “boots in the mud” spirit that defines their work.
