The Magnolia States chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network supports the personal and professional development of women in the affordable housing industry throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, including property managers, developers, general contractors, funders, and attorneys. 30|90 Marketing supports Magnolia WAHN through ongoing association marketing and communications strategy.

The focus is on building systems that enable the chapter to operate consistently and grow responsibly. This includes developing strategic messaging, creating sponsorship and fundraising materials, planning events, and establishing chapter branding standards and engagement tools. These efforts support membership growth, industry partnerships, sustained fundraising, and professional connections.

From flagship fundraising events to routine outreach, the goal is reliability. Affordable housing organizations, developers, and industry partners need a chapter that communicates clearly, follows through, and provides meaningful opportunities for participation. The communications framework ensures the organization remains visible and credible between events.

Christianne Brunini, Communications Director at 30|90 Marketing and current board chair of the Magnolia States WAHN chapter, was a founding co-chair and launched the chapter’s primary fundraising event, the Annual Clay Shoot. 30|90 provides the structure, materials, and execution support necessary to sustain the chapter’s programs, fundraising, and industry engagement year-round.
