Do you work with both private and public-sector developers?
Yes. We support private developers, public agencies, and public–private partnerships, tailoring communications to meet funding, approval, and stakeholder requirements.
When should developers engage marketing support?
Ideally early. Early engagement helps clarify positioning, support approvals and funding conversations, and establish consistency across long development timelines.
Do you support RFPs, RFQs, and qualifications packages?
Yes. As part of our Brand Infrastructure work, we assist with RFPs, RFQs, and qualification packages for public funding, partnerships, and public-sector development processes.
Do you have experience working with Housing Authorities?
Yes. We have supported Housing Authority–led and Housing Authority–partnered development projects, including communications tied to public funding, approvals, and milestone events.
Do you plan groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting events?
Yes. We plan and support groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting events for real estate development projects, including coordination, messaging, signage, media outreach, and stakeholder participation.
Do you focus on sales or leasing marketing?
Our work focuses on project positioning, credibility, and stakeholder communications. We support milestones and launches, but we do not operate as a brokerage or leasing firm.
What types of developments do you typically support?
Our experience includes multifamily, mixed-use, affordable, and workforce housing, commercial, hospitality, and public–private development projects.
