AEC Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for an Account Specialist in AEC Marketing, located in the Greater New Orleans/Gulf Coast Region. (Occasional travel to team retreats may be required.)

 

The Account Specialist will help manage and maintain client relationships, act as a key point of contact, and oversee client projects and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, developing tailored marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. Production deliverables can include copywriting, graphic design, social media, research, website updates, and similar activities. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies that align with clients' objectives and deliver measurable results.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction

  • Excellent Communication skills and professionalism to collaborate with clients and internal teams, supported by active listening and clear articulation

  • Proficient Analytical skills to identify client needs, create data-driven strategies, and evaluate financial outcomes

  • Professional Experience: 5-7 Years in a marketing or similar role in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) firms, real estate development, or related fields mandatory

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • A proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
